Athletic Physicals

Athletic physicals will be offered at EHS on Saturday, Aug. 9 from 7:00-10:00 am. All students that will be in 8-12th grade during the 2008-09 school year and plan to participate in EPS athletics will be required to turn in a physical dated after 5/1/08.

You must have a physical turned in before you will be allowed to participate in conditioning.

Please bring $20.00 (Cash only) to the physical.  The forms are available on the school website or you may fill them out when you arrive for your physical.
