Fall physicals will be held on Aug. 4 from 7:00-11:00am at Skyline Medical Center. Anyone, in grades 8-12, that is planning to participate in a sport must have a physical dated after May 1. If you would like to schedule a physical for your student, please contact Mary Lynch by phone - 289-1688 & leave a message or email - mlynch@epsne.org starting July 9. It is recommended that an appointment is made, as walk-ins will be asked to wait for an opening. Cost of a physical is $20 CASH, NO CHECKS will be accepted.
