Welcome to my page.
My name is Josh Snyder and I have been employed in the Elkhorn Public School District for the past six years as a teacher and coach. My first three years were spent as a 5th grade teacher at Spring Ridge Elementary. Currently I am a HALE (High Ability Learner) Coordinator at Spring Ridge Elementary and Westridge Elementary where I work with students in grades K-5. My duties are to provide High Ability students with expanded learning opportunities. I work to support classroom teachers by providing consultation, materials, in-service and enrichment.
In addition to my teaching responsibilities I am also the Assistant Head Coach for the Elkhorn Varsity Baseball team. Our baseball teams have experienced much success in the past six years, winning at least 20 games a year over that span, qualifying for the Nebraska State High School Spring Tournament three times and winning two State Championships~one in Class A and one in Class B.
